Nestle Crunch approached the Science Project looking for an off the wall idea for their new Facebook campaign. The brief- come up with something centered around Nestle;s new “Have a Little Fun Everyday” Campaign. We put together a set of teams and sent them into the largest pillow fight in the world in Union Square. The trick was how do you tell who won? We developed a custom pillow sensor that was embedded in our contestants pillows. These sensors measured the length, strength and number of blows landed.
The film below showcases the making of the sensors and functioned as a trailer for the big event.
We then documented the pillow fight and announced the winners via Nestle’s Facebook page.
